The International Quality Certificates (ISO) are defined as a group or a number of certificates indicating application of the quality assurance system in the company, where obtaining these certificates is considered as a third-party assurance of the company's ability to meet the quality-required specifications and standards; in addition, these certificates prove that the company's performance and business reached the highest levels, where the company’s obtaining the international quality certificates is the key to success of the company in light of the increasing competitiveness; furthermore, obtaining the quality certificates helps the company to maintain the quality of its services or products which it provides and to continuously develop its services or products in a manner helping the company to achieve its strategic objectives. We provide the consulting services related to the quality management systems to obtain the international quality certificates (ISO), where we set the policies and procedures which help the company to fulfill the international standards requirements for the quality management system to obtain the ISO certificates; we obtain these certificates from an American donor of the globally accredited ISO certificate that is recognized with all governmental enterprises and entities in the State of Kuwait.

The following two methods are of the common methods of merger:
• Merger by way of combination through dissolution of and transferring financial assets and liabilities of one or more companies to an existing company.
• Merger by way of mixing through dissolution of two or more companies, incorporation of and transfer the financial assets and liabilities of the merging companies to that new company.
• We provide all consultations related to the companies merger in addition, we have the specialized experts to perform all procedures related to mergers by providing legal and financial support and technical assistance to the investors and decision-makers to determine their priorities and needs in all matters related to mergers through developing a professional comprehensive action plan for the merger.

Incorporation and establishment of the legal entities

We provide the consulting services to the foreign investors who want to establish companies owned by them by 100% of their total capital with the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) and help those investors to obtain many of the features and facilities stipulated in the Law No. 116 of 2013 and its executive regulations. We provide the consulting services, prepare all documents and contracts and perform all executive procedures related to registration of the international commercial agencies with all the competent authorities in the State of Kuwait up obtaining the certificates that prove registration of the commercial agency in name of the enterprise or company.

Companies assessment

We provide the company assessment services in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) which take into account encouragement of use and strict application of these standards to achieve convergence between the local accounting standards and IFRSs to find high-quality solutions in line with requirements of the Professional Ethics for Chartered Accountants issued by the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants, as well as the ethical requirements; in this regard, we are committed to provision of the proper ethical requirements, including the objective independence principles, professional efficiency and adequate attention, where we primarily follow the policy of consolidation of the culture of professional conduct, ethical standards and basic principles on which the work ethics are based, while the work ethics are one of the major principles of professional justice, integrity, impartiality and efficiency.

Provision of the accounting services

• We help to provide the accounting services related to the accounting aspect in the memoranda submitted by the customer's attorney to the Experts Bureau at the Ministry of Justice in the lawsuits filed by or against the company, to state provision of the legal coverage related to the accounting aspect.
• We establish an integrated accounting system for the enterprises and companies by identifying the company's internal structure and business, create the proper accounting guide, act to establish a documentary cycle to organize the work in a manner observing the preventive control, separation among the duties as much as possible according to the company’s structure, adopting the proper method using a set of documentary books or the proper accounting program which meets the company's needs, acting to define the internal control and audit procedures and then, preparing the company's statement of financial position for its financial period.
• We provide the monthly accounting services to the enterprises and companies through providing a proper accountant having full experience and knowledge of accounting and financial rules, where we have mad visits to the company and this procedure includes the following:
- Preparing the necessary accounting entries required for the financial transactions and verifying account balances of the customers and suppliers, as well as any other accounts.
- Actual inventory of the company's assets and stock.
- Carrying the accounting entries forward to the accounting system and verifying the documentary cycle.
- Preparing a trial balance by making the necessary settlements to identify the actual balances and accounts balance.
- Obtaining the analytical statements of each of the trial balance accounts and preparing requirements of the company's auditor.
- Making the final closing entries after receiving the draft final financial statements from the company's auditor for the ended year, carrying them forward to the accounting system and obtaining a trial balance after the close.
- Follow-up of financial statements of the subsidiary and associate companies, if any, and preparing the consolidated statements of the financial position and comprehensive income of the parent company and its subsidiary and associate companies.
- Performing any other accounting work required for the process of preparing the financial statements or as requested by the company administration.

Provision of the services related to human resources

Providing of the company liquidation services

We perform all actions related to conventional liquidation of the companies, under consent of all partners, in accordance with provisions of the Companies Law, its executive regulations and the subsequent amendments thereto, includes the following:
• Perform all necessary procedures before all competent authorities related to amicably conventional liquidation of the companies.
• Appoint a liquidator specialized in the liquidation works to perform the entire works related to liquidation of the company.
• Perform all necessary procedures for liquidating the company up to completion of all procedures and permanently deregister the company with records of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
